I had a friend call me lazy yesterday.

If by "lazy" he meant "doesn't like to work" then he is absolutely correct. I'd much rather snuggle, walk in the sunshine, hike through the woods, or play video games no doubt.

If he meant "doesn't work" then I think he couldn't be more wrong. I work my ass off. I'm always busy. I think he meant a little of both, and of course I think he has it wrong. I'm busy, but I'm not always effective. I get caught up in the minutia all the time. I'm definately a procrastinator, but I think that's a habit and lack of discipline more than a conscious refusal to work. I understand what he was doing though. He was putting a gentle foot in my ass (eh? Does that make sense?). And it kinda worked. I got a lot done today.

I'm trying to buy a house and I get happy and excited and frustrated and apathetic and disapointed. I have too many options and I know I'm a fool for complaining, but I have too many freaking options.
