Sooo how did I not know that there is a Head Automatica show tomorrow, until today? And I have to work. Boo. How did I not know about my chance to meet BrucefuckingCAMPBELL until too late? How did I not know that QUENTINFUCKINGTARANTINO was in Pittsburgh until too late. Damn.

These past few days I have been super-busy.

Wednesday, I hung out with my friend Gia, whom I hadn't seen in almost two years! We went shopping. All I ended up with was a T-shirt, but it is AWESOME, and I will post pictures of it soon. I think Gia got a job at my place of employment, which is also awesome. That night I went to the drive-in with the boy and a few of his friends, to see the new Batman movie. It was pretty sweet because a) it was the DRIVE-IN and b)even though I'm not into superhero stuff, Batman is pretty effing cool.

I also got my hair cut on Wednesday, and here's a picture, just for norritt:

It's pretty much the same as before, but with a bit less dead hair. AND I got the go ahead to start coloring my hair again, so by the end of summer I should be blonde again! Yessss.

Yesterday, I worked both jobs, and then went to the boy's house. He made me a nice dinner-- Homemade eggplant lasagna and stuffed mushrooms. Mmmm...what a sweet surprise.

Tonight I finally saw High Tension. What the fuck, dude? It would have been good had it MADE SENSE. The freaking cement saw scene, though? Awesome. eeek

Tomorrow after I work at both jobs puke I think I'm going to see Land of the Dead. I love that George Romero made sure the premeire was here in Pittsburgh, instead of in Hollywood. He makes me all full of Pittsburgh pride. But more on THAT later.

Love,
Monroe

I'd love to me Tarantino. I'd just stand there like a frikking idiot. Unlucky to miss him.

Your hair is awesome. Puts my cut this week to shame.

High Tension? Someone else on my list saw that the other day. What is it? Is it cool? Batman Begins was awesome, the film just looked so good, and was well cast, and wow. Superhero films done well = love otherwise puke
