Thai yellow curry:
Is there a more perfect combination of food than yellow curry with tofu and veggies and brown rice? I think not! The spot I usually go to (and by "usually go to" I mean "go to an absurd amount that borders on sick") is closed for vacation until July 7th though, and I'm dyyyyyying. The other places just aren't the same.
