So I am a little sad today.

Morrissey actually came to Pittsburgh tonight! I had heard about it ages ago when it was first announced, and then forgot. So I had to work tonight instead of going to the show. Sadness Although part of me thinks it's OK because I prefer to think of Morrissey as this god:

rather than the bloated, assy old rock star he has become. Sweetness, sweetness I was only joking when I said I'd like to smash every tooth in your head...sweetness I was only joking when I said by rights you should be bludgeoned in your bed....

For some reason this makes me feel old. I don't know why, considering the video of this band that I adore is from when I was in diapers. Still.

So now I sit in this apartment by myself and listen to the above and drink wine from a box. Franzia ftw!

PS. "Come Back to Camden" is my favorite Morrissey solo song by far. I could have written it, and at one time I'm pretty sure I listened to it while walking through Camden with terrible depression, dark hair, confused style, and way too many facial piercings thinking that I did.
