I am exhausted!

Didn't sleep well and was up at 5 am to help a friend with a shoot doing prop stills for some jennifer anniston and steve zahn movie that is in production here. You know, when there are pictures of an actor when they are young or family portraits on the walls that are in movies? someone has to shoot them.

This morning started with shooting 4 very scantily clad girls that were going to be mocked up for a "porn on demand menu" that an actor is going to be perusing in a motel. straight from there into polaroids and old black and whites of young punk rockers from the early 80's getting fucked up and puking and general carousing... then band shots and and shots of one of the punks "breaking a drum stick with his teeth", bloody mouth and all. it was a crazy shoot in like 5 photographic mediums. wiped me out, but was fun.

The only problem is that I need to sleep desperately, but I have so much to do tonight. I have to be up super early again to do a 16 hour drive to LA in the morning and I have procrastinated packing and shit because I am like that...

It will be good though, I am going down to help a very dear friend who's father passed away. He has been down there for many months taking care of him and now dealing with his estate. I have missed him allot and it will be great to see him AND get some fucking SUN for a couple of weeks! the dreary cold and grey hit soon here in puddletown. I am not a fan of LA, but sun will be a nice break and his dad's house is in the mountains a ways outside of town.

I never mind the thought of a long drive on a motorcycle, but in a car on the freeway, all I can think is: God that is going to be a long drive! sheesh!
