At least the sun is out for a little peak, I am off on a long motorcycle ride to try and clear out the cobwebs...

i hear you - i have depression as well. sometimes you just sink for no reason at all - and that is usually the most frustrating feeling ever.

hope the ride made you feel better - that usually does the trick for me.
