Hey! Another half update that no one will read! Well...if you are reading it then good for you! My life is uninteresting and almost on the verge of depressing if I didn't have a few good things out there to look forward to...like ricotta pancakes at my favorite breakfast place when I get back to the states.
In the mean time, I try to listen to good music and I just recently discovered this band. From what I've seen they only have two albums (most recently in March this year and the other released in 2009), a single and I believe an EP. This band is called Japandroids and I only happened to find out about them because I was listening to a podcast of NPR's All Things Considered and after hearing just the short soundbites of their songs I almost immediately bought the album. I've now listened to it numerous times, and this is my favorite song from their newest album Celebration Rock
