Ok...so it's a new month and I am glad to be done with April. I had a bad month. So I'm in the process of looking for work, which is always fun. I'm finding more places are doing drug test. Not like I'm a major pothead but I do indulge at times. I always have to remember when was the last time I smoked because I do so sporadically. Dumb me. I've applied at some cool places in Oakland and Berkeley, now it is all about the waiting.
My ex's uncle's memorial is coming up on the 12th and I told her I would go. I will and it will be hard. Got to do what you got to do. She wants to hang out the day before. I hope it will be a good experience.

I'm house sitting for my friend Jane. I'm watching her rabbits. They are out running around which is always cute. This afternoon, more job hunting and dropping of resumes. Yeah!!!

Overall I'm doing well. Being thriftful as money is tight but I will be ok.
Hope eveyones is well. I'm sorry that I've been so silent on others blogs. I will do better.

I deliberately failed a drug test for Wal-Mart once. Fuckers gave out a loyalty test and all that shit--for a minimum wage job they should consider themselves lucky I showed up for the interview wearing clothes. The satisfaction of failing something like that comes from the fact that those drug tests cost about $200 a pop. But hey, if it's a job that you really want, it's probably worth it to go through Big Brother's screening process.

I like bunnies.

Anyway, good luck with the job hunt. I'm in the process myself and, in a way, looking forward to having the summer off. Teaching may not pay much, but the vacation time is awesome.
