I feel I am slowly slipping into a place I don't want to be again. I've gone three days with only maybe 4 hours of sleep, and I am beginning to think alot again, and it's not thoughts that makes one happy. I am keep wondering if it is temporary, or am I stuck and a depression that I was once at before. I feel that I am stuck, and escape seems impossible. I guess time will tell the outcome.
On lighter side, the apartment has basically become a giant refrigarator. As a matter of fact my fingers are becoming numb just typing. It's bad when you wake up and breathe only to see your breath.
Ok I am going to try and get some sleep.
