Yes, I have been gone. a lot.
My house is a mess, work has been stressful, and I hate computers. It's also football season. Shawna is not around right now since she is up at school, so the most important thing right here, right now is football.... and then paying the bills. I got an HDTV as well, so I have been watching TV instead of doing the internet thing whilst at home. Actually, when I installed the TV, I unhooked the only computer that was in a convenient location from the network. Then my laptop pretty much died. This gave me a much needed departure from the fantasy world of the Internet. I played outside, did some woodworking in my garage, socialized, got really drunk with numerous friends... the list goes on. I have even went out numerous times singing at local karaoke places. I went to a strip club for the first time, and got a yummy lap dance
...and I saw The Asylum Street Spankers at The Intersection in Grand Rapids.
So here I am, downstairs in my house... Two days ago, I started organizing this area, and I have cleaned up and mopped about 1/4 of the large room in the basement. I then put my computer desk in that corner of the room and proceeded to install Fedora Linux (Core 2, in case some geek cares) to it. So here I am... back to square one... back on the Internet. Playing stupid games. Typing stuff that no one reads on SG. Maybe I should be working on those pieces of furniture I have started repairing. I need naked pinup girls first.
