Hey! It's my birthday today! I haven't been on the internet much lately because the weather is so lovely...
Saturday, I sorta had a bonfire. We dug a firepit in my back yard, and I acquired a bunch of wood and stuff to burn. Some of the wood was too wet from rain and not being stacked very well, so it kinda smoldered out after a while. that's okay, because I didn't need any more beers than I happened to drink by that time.
I went out on my Seadoo for the first time this year on Sunday. The weather wasn't the greatest... the water was very choppy on Muskegon Lake, and the PWC kept nosediving into the lake, making me very wet and somewhat cold. I was a mile or so away from where I launched it (on a different lake) and the wind started picking up, so I headed back up the channel to Muskegon Lake, and I was too late... the only boats remaining on the entire (large) lake were a huge sailboat, and the Sheriff's boat. the waves were a few feet high in some spots, and that sucks on such a small body of water because it throws the craft around violently. That lake is weird because the waves were only on the north half of the lake... once I reached the middle (heading south,) the waves calmed. I was tired out though, so I went back to the dock anyway. It was getting cold because of the cloud cover.
Speaking of my birthday, MissKaboom and I were pondering having an SG / her and my birthday party at my house (Muskegon) some time around the 4th of July. I'm not sure though, because I'll be partying a little ways north of here some time on that weekend.
