this morning i finally did something i've been talking about doing for a few months. i woke up at 6 am (no alarm clock needed; thank you internal mechanisms), had some oatmeal, and drove up to runyon canyon by 7 am. i then proceeded to get some much needed exercise.

i believe this is the good start to what shall become a trend for me. this is for me.
