Well today was my second day at the new job and the 4th day in NC. Well I guess it would be the 3rd full day in NC. The drave was fawking crazy. Here's some hints.
Idaho ----- Pretty but quickly passed.
Montana ----- Western montana is beautiful, eastern .. not so much.
North Dakota ----- Flat, not much going on (highest road kill numbers).
Minnisota ----- Rolling hills and people that like to drive fast.
Wisconsin ----- Madison was cool and it's a pretty liberal crowd compared to all the other states crusing down. The Dells are cool wish I had more time to kick it on a boat.
Illinios ----- Corn fields, factories, shit and road kill.
Missouri ----- Just skip this place. It sucks.
Kentucky ----- I was suprised with how nice kentucky was, then again I only filled 1 tank there and didn't spend much time.
West Virginia ----- The mountains south of Rochester are sexy. The pass between west virginia and virginia is a tunnel through a mountain.
Virginia ----- Pretty like west virginia... but not that pretty.
North Carolina ----- Out of virginia you come down the mountain looking at the swampy jungle basin that soon turns into North Carolina. I heard the coast is cool but it'll be a bit before I get to check that out.
Other than that I've been scaring co-workers with my facial injuries. When you've got blood in one eye they look at you a little different.
The company put me up in a Marriot Residence so it's been pretty plush. Now it's time to get my barings straight and find a Karaoke bar.
