This has always haunted me.. I always fall for the cool skater girls. The ones that fall for the superficial emo fucktards. I remember being total in love with this girl Casey in high school and she always dated the mysterious "cool" kids. Now I don't know if it's straight forward lack of confidence on my part or the geeky side of me that causes that lack of confidence and shit.

Anyway the same story is true today. My regular pub has a couple sexy lasses that go for the emo (whiney soft rock bitches) crew and, probably due to the fact that I've been a regular there for seven years, don't show any interest in the monkey. In part I've never really hung out with these girls outside of their work environment and that right there is problematic. The other side is the fact that I think too much. It causes me to lack social skills that I got around by drinking myself to a 60 IQ. That's not a good approach... and probably reason 2 why they show no interest.

It's just a random rant but the girls I run into follow one of three patterns that I'm not interested in.

1. Too young and simply don't know who they are yet. I don't have the time or energy to teach life lessons (crucial previous mistake).
2. Straight up psycho. Someone who has watched too much reality television and adds drama to nothing only to have some drama to talk about.
3. Chemically imbalanced. Now I like to party with the best of them but I've done my 'controlled substances' and don't want to baby-sit those that can't handle their 'uncontrolled substances'.

As much as I hate normal people I find it funny to now search for a normal girl. Not really normal but balanced known who they are and where they're going. Anyway I'll end my rant there and go back to work.
