Ok where are all my techy buddies out there!

I need some help from those who are well versed with these backdoor trojans and these Keylogger programs

In the short version:

My little sister is being harrased by an ex boyfriend with pictures that were taken while they were together..He is now takin these images and using them on Social Networking sites, creating false profiles..I pretty much battled him on the Myspace front...But now hes on the facebook site...He highkacked her current boyfriends profile and uploaded the images on his page..

The reason I think its a keylogger program:

The Ex has hijacked my sisters email accounts and imers and seems to have a way to keep hijacking her accounts
The Ex has hijacked the new boyfriends email accounts and his current Facebook account...

It seems anyone who uses her computer their information gets stolen...

So i need to know what programs and or applications i can run on her computer to find out which virus it is..Or if its a keylogger, whos on the receiving end of this information...

Is ther anything i can do? The only thing i can think of is to break his legs.... anything less violent?
