I got to tie up two women at work today! Yeah, it was fun. It was a simple cocoon tie with a slipknot for the wrists. The whole goal in creating the bindings was for comedy and to allow the actor to be able to get out of it quickly. There were many comments about lesbian bondage and I was tired enough that my filter was gone and my standard reply was that if I were really doing that the knots would be a lot prettier. The actors were shocked enough, the surprising thing was that my boss mostly took it in stride. Good thing he was in a good mood today.

Unfortunately I cut the rope too short so I have to teach myself how to splice 3-strand rope. I've wanted to learn how to splice for a while so this is a great opportunity for me to teach myself. Good thing it doesn't have to be load bearing. I'll also get to teach myself how to whip the ends. I may even get lucky and get to dye it in a couple of weeks.

And in other random news, I really miss my long hair.
