Oh for goodness sake! I've got that bloody ache in my left shoulder again. It's 1:00 am here and i should be asleep cos i'm nackered but shoulder kills. Just to top it off it seems my stomach is giving simpathy pains by throbbing in time with my shoulder.

Who likes lush? I have loads of products from lush and they are great. I even have peppermint based shampoo which increases blood flow to my follicles (i'm suffering from the old genetic alopecia).

My mum bought me a book by Paul McKenna (a hypnotist) on improving your life. I have seen a few self-improvement books and can succesfully say that on a whole they suck ass but what paul mckenna has to say actually makes sense and he backs up his techniques with lots of research and psychological studies. A lot of self-improvement 'gurus' say stuff like 'stand up straight and say "i am wonderful and eveyone loves me...i am beautiful, etc"' But Paul Mckennas techniques are based on self-hypnosis and a strong imagination, like he says 'if you try and tell your heart to slow down or speed up it won't but if you vividly imagine walking down an alley at night and then hearing foot steps behind you getting closer your heart will probably get quicker'. I think the book has really opened my mind as to the possibilities of perseption and self-belief.

Long time no see!

Glad you like the posters. I struggle working in larger formats, so I'm glad somebody likes my posters!

That book sounds interesting. I've always wanted to get into meditation and breathing exercizes, but I'm too much of a spazz to focus like that for a significant amount of time.
