Ok, i am on edge at the minute. I'm using SG at uni and the techies are about. I've got to keep all the not so university respectable pictures out of screen. Quite complicated.
Emma got back yesterday. She looks great! We watched Spaced all night. That programme is so funny. I don't know if it is available outside if the UK. If it is go get it. It ha loads of homages to horror movies, too.
I have been reading Polly's journal a lot recently. She is really interesting. with quite a friends base, too. But she seems a little sad at this whole 1:05 hate thing. I don't even know what it is anyway cos i haven't been here long enough. But anyone who reads this go leave Polly a nice comment to cheer her up. None of this hate crap. we are all in the same boat here.
i hope more people saw the bust card than who left comments. I really wanted to show my gratitude. Thank you lenore for your extremely cute kitty picture.

Hey, I just wanted to tell u that I thought ur whole schpiel about women being objectified in the media (in sXe) was wonderful. It's great to see that there is actuallly someone of the MALE species who realizes that it's unhealthy for men and women alike to be bombarded with these images of plastic girls that just perpetuate the idea of "perfection". My boyfriend just doesn't seem to understand that by looking at porn and whatnot that not only does it make me feel inadequate, but it also subconciously teaches him to view women as nothing but boobs and pussies with pretty hair and fake tans..which is also very insulting. So yeah, hats off to u for being able to change ur point of view into something positive, and to be able to write about it so well!
