Had a very, very, very nice dinner at a pub in the city. Steak and mushroom sauce with potatos, mmmmmm. I was on my way against a panic attack one time, but it just stopped? So wierd. I'm getting better and better with panic attacks, I'm breathing and taking it easy and like, pushing the negative thoughts and feelings away. I've been out three days in a row now, I'm super tired and just want to go to sleep. I've taken my sleeping pills, I'm gonna clean up the bed and then fucking damn it Imma sleep.
