so ive gone and done it. i have officially joined an armed forces, something i swore i could never do. i am officially in the navy. i have done this because it is time that i do something that i can be proud of. ive always wanted to travel the world and what better chance to do that and better myself than by joining the us navy. 
im so incredibly scared and nervous but terribly excited all at once. ive already begun taking a bunch of different tests to see what jobs i qualify for and where i will be stationed. im thinking west coast. i will have bootcamp in chicago for two months where the navy will whip my ass into shape in the worst way possible. i still have a few months left before i leave so make sure i see you before im gone for good. but once i hear more news about where i am going to end up i will definitely keep everyone posted.

maybe when i get a leave after basic and my job training i might just squeeze in a set or two.

Well congrats on your new career path. It takes someone with a lot of courage to leap into something like that. I remember when I did nearly nine years ago now. Good luck!
