I feel like a drag queen-ish.

This morning was spent working out followed by doing a photo shoot for the Emerge Philadelphia women's party in May of 2008. It's a party to raise money for the Sapphire Fund.

My friend in NY connected me to her friend in Philly and she contacted me to see if I would be willing to do the shoot. It was basically a bunch of women - single shots and paired or tripled up shots to advertise/promote the party. I got paired up with this hot rocker black girl. I was fine with being all up and close with her. It was funny because the photographer was like - think sex think the hottest person in the world is standing in front of you. Why was it funny? Because I haven't gotten any booty in like 6 months AND my sex drive is sort of nonexistent and I was like, I don't even remember what it feels like to really be all sexy. I've been so engrossed in being a fighter and recovering from my bad breakup that my mind was so not into it. But it did help when the other girl was in the photo with me.

Anyway, that's my excitement. And my friend K is in town. Yay!
