I appear to have gathered a permanent sunspot on my right eye. Migraine I assue, but it's been with me about 36 hours. Which is not fun, but at least the longer it's here, the less my head hurts. Doctors tomorrow. Which in turn messed with my gym pattern, so went today instead and worked my sorry ass off. First time since I started back that I really pushed myself. Felt my right calf tighten up so much running that I'm going to have to keep an eye, my good one that is, on it.
