Broken Glass And Shattered Dreams:
So I have my car back. Still not entirely fixed though, and I cant find a single glass dealer that has the glass to repair the window. Ive been rolling with plastic taped over the window since Thursday, and Im just crossing my fingers that it doesnt get broken into again. Ive lost $2,300 in the last 7 weeks due to senseless shit. Not including the $1,200 tax bill. And I wonder why I havent been able to save any money to move for school
Get back to the PG:
Fortunately picked up a few bucks in SF on Saturday. Shot some more work for my Hip Hop producer friend. Hung out in a ghetto studio watching artist record their vocals, and tried my best to make the ugly surroundings look good on film.
Took a break in the shooting to roll down to Pacifica and check out Brocklee's restaurant. All I can say is damn it was amazing. I totally broke my veggie status for a bit to enjoy his wonderful culinary creations. And it was so worth it.
Portfolio:
Only one day left to get my entire semester worth of work scanned edited, printed, and compiled into a new portfolio. Im really starting to freak out now. The stuff I got back from the lab yesterday is looking ok so far, check Kage's journal for a little taste. Hopefully I can pull it all together in time.
