Hey, are you sure? I've gotten several VERY similar legitimate looking emails that wanted me to give my password for verification, don't do it. In fact, the first one had me totally fooled. Luckily I decided to email ebay before I gave my information. (that should have been a give-away, duh.) Be careful!
