Dying Sister update:
Well, a real breakthrough last night, I got to talk to her.
She's sounds scary, and here's why. I know drugs, I know severe body modification, I know what the feeling is that they bring. She's got this insanely happy vibe, overly happy euphoria to her voice right now as she explains that she's never been healthier. She tells Me that she's even gained back TWO whole pounds (great, she's 84 now?). She's also very angry at all her friends and family who keep bugging her (her words) about her health and lifestyle. Shit.

Still, one can hope that's the first crack in the dam. Just know that you're doing all you can, and the rest is in the hands of the cosmos. Your whole family has prayers coming from over here.
And thanks for letting me speak last night. I hope somebody got something out of it. I hadn't meant to make it a 20 minute drug-a-log. I just try to let whatever God wants to fall out of my mouth fly, y'know? Keeps me honest. Hell, I don't even remember half of what I said. Hope it was alright.
And keep your head up, my friend. You're a good man, doing right by a lousy situation. There's a lot of people with your back around here, and I'm one of 'em.
