not much to report these days, i'm working hard on ebay, made some seven thou' last week in film poster sales. I listed one rare poster at 9.99, and saw it break the sale record for that title at over $900 fora buyer in Italy! The poster was No Way Out, a design by Paul Rand, the graphic design master! I also sold a bunch of Saul Bass titles, but there are more Saul film posters out there so they got less of a sale price. Paul Rand only did this one film poster ever. Whats nice about all this is the freedom to go forward with My car repair projects! My '59 Ford F-100 short bed step side, is NOT ready for the street, but the sorry sack that was working on it is giving up, and He's given Me nothing but trouble, so off to another garage We go. A pro this time. Still the expense will be ugly! I've gotta' keep working like this to get the good thingys in life. Jenni & I bought another parrot two days ago, a 3 month old beautiful small grey african "Timneh" parrot. He/she is all grey with small red flecks in his tail that will grow bigger with time. a real sweetheart, We are calling him/her Monkey, or Goblin. Silly, what?
My '48 Willys panel van needs a new ignition switch system, and prolly a new carburator, so thats another pretty penny , and Vegas this easter is coming up real soon, in just over two weeks! Woo1
