Tattoo has calmed down a bit now so new photo....
I have decided after two years of being single to put myself out there again, as it were.
Now I have been unfortunate to decide that as I am living in Cornwall off season and my only options seem to be men of a certain age sporting fisher man beards and yellow water proofs.
So under the influence of a friend I hooked myself up with an online dating website - why the fuck not right?
Here's why, and most likely many more posts to come so others can revel in my awkward awkward attempts at internet dating.
I agreed to meet up with this guy, we'll call him Mr Green. Now most likely under the influence of too much Hollyoaks (its very quiet at work) I have implemented a overall lets not get kidnapped and murdered plan.
So Mr Green gets in touch and after a few messages back and forth, and a quick check of the ol' facebook profile to make sure he isn't in fact a fisherman in disguise I set off to meet him, getting to the pub before hand to hide in a dark corner so I can asses him before he see's me.
So lie number 1, he's 32. Number 2, he's over 6ft (sorry for those tall guys out there I am not prejudicial I'm just very short)
I think ok well lets give it a go see what happens and I had a lovely 5 hour date of being talking AT not TOO.
And why 5 hours then you might think? I'm a door mat apparently and would rather spend 5 hours of awkward conversation in a pub than hurt someones feelings. I even gave the guy a bloody goodnight kiss! Before deleting his number and praying to god that after the first 5 missed calls and ignored txt he'd get the picture.
But hey, I got a free meal and at this time of year when the hotel industries quite and I'm being paid peanuts every little counts!

Sorry to hear that the date didn't go over so well. I recently decided to give online dating a try as well...It's a bit awkward to say the least haha. I'm just glad that I'm a guy and don't have to put up with all the comments from creepers 
Those guys make it hard for guys like me though...Always have to make sure that I don't get mistaken for one of them lol...

yeah I've been attempting the internet dating as well. So far, not been going fantastically well, but I figure, keep at it for a while, maybe some good will come? Hopefully you'll find some shorter, younger, more interesting guys on there. Also, nice tattoo!
