So i bought a hypertech programmer for my truck off of some guy on CL for $80 ...
he said it was new but its not it has already been programed another truck(you can only program to one)
he said well how do i know u dident program it to some other truck.its been 20 min since i bought it. Now he wont pick up the phone.
im quite upset and feal like hunting him down.

You should beat his ass. He knows that it is a one shot deal. Maybe the cops would like to stop by and charge him with fraud?
