And this wouldn't be nearly as bad as it is if my passenger -- the guy I was doing a favor for, a guy I thought was a friend, a guy I work for at the university newspaper -- wouldn't have gotten a lawyer to complicate matters even more. WTF? (Lost wages? He's not losing anything at the paper and he can't deliver pizzas ANYWAY because his license is expired...)
I swear. This week... sigh...

I wanna see Shuan of the Dead but the last trip to the theatre was a do-or-die solo flight to see Napoleon Dynamite. Cute and kitschy but not as mind-numbingly cynical and hilarious as it was played up to be. Before that I was compelled to bare witness to Resident Evil: Apocolypse. Umm yeah, had to go home and scrape the inside of my skull out with a coat hanger to the ear after that one. . .
Like Portishead?? You should hear Ilya. I'll help you out with a coupla tracks if you want.
