New Entry...
I have the past few months saved so much money that I didn't think I could do it... anyway, I have plenty of money to go and get married now if only the visa department would let me. To explain how cheap I have been, my wedding suit has only cost me $180 brand new... I will have to get it tailored (damn being a lanky creature of the deep) but it is gorgeous... well I mean I look gorgeous in it. I've also been living on portioned food... I made enough to survive but now I have lost 4kg in a week... that isn't good... isn't good at all. So now my doctor said I have to double my food intake... which means double the food bill! Which will slow down my saving ability... We'd just decided that it may be nice to rent out huge home out in the mountains for all my family to come and stay in. They're going to be flying over so why not give them some more incentive by giving them a place to stay for a week. It's a good thing I'm cheap and it's going to be a small wedding. Next week, on my birthday, I get to find out what the sex of my child will be. I'm extremely excited.
Oh and I'm so into Doctor Who and Going Postal right now... when am I not into anything Terry Pratchett

Glad you are saving, I have been saving without even meaning to. I'm finding that being on my own and living with my brother, I'm hardly needing to spend any money at all. I'm food shopping for one, hardly drinking, and don't feel the urge to impulse buy
