I was reading about articles on robots and how they're predicting that robots would be in every home by 2030. I think that would be a bit overzealous to think that we'd accept a robotic slave that early and I also think if I had one, it would be useless. I'm going through my head thinking of any reason I could think a robot slave would be useful in my life. I could think of one... to help me move disabled people in their beds but then again, I have hoists at work to do that. All the things you'd think a robot slave would be good for such as washing the dishes and doing the laundry, I'd rather do myself. I think a part of living is also being able to do those things for yourself. Apparently having a robot would relieve stress of everyday life, I don't know about anyone else but I like my stress. I like the challenges of everyday life. So I've come to the conclusion that a robot in the household is useless. Well, in my household it is. In any case, I prefer a human slave to a robot one... better for conversation.
