Well, I'm legal to drive again, which means I don't have to depend on anyone else. I may also be limited in activities for a little while though. My uncle who lives with us had a stroke last year, and has had issues getting around for awhile now. While going to the doctor the other day, he went to take a step up onto a sidewalk, and fell. He busted his head open, requiring 6 stitches and he's been having severe back pain. He's about as unsteady on his feet as I am anymore. I really need to start using my cane more than I do, but I'm still too vain to use it very often. I hate being 32 and feeling like an old person because of having to use a cane for balance. In any case, one of us have to pretty much be here with my uncle at all times now. He barely allows us to help him, but someone has to be here in case he falls and can't get up. I'm going to do my best to get out and about, but I have to be careful about leaving my uncle alone as well. We're quite the wobbly pair anymore.
