I guess I should update a bit about my birthday weekend. I started out my weekend by going to see Rancid on Thursday night in Columbus. It was a kick ass show, and I got to meet Lars afterwards. It was kinda funny actually. Everyone was standing in the yard of a church behind the Newport getting autographs and pics with Lars. Then on Friday, I attended the Horrorpops show in Cincinnatti. Once again I was out to get autographs and photos. I got to meet Patricia, who I have to say, was awsome as hell!!! After getting her autograph and a photo with her, she was standing around talking to everyone. At one point, she asked if any of us had a smoke, and of course I was the first to pull my pack out. So I got to share a cigarette with her.

Saturday night brought about Punk Nite, which was excellent. I got to hear some kick ass music and enjoyed way too much alcohol. On Sunday, I enjoyed roller derby in Columbus. Sadly, neither of the teams I was rooting for won, but I won on the raffle during the first bout. After such a busy weekend, I spent almost all of Monday catching up on sleep. Now that it's actually my birthday, I'm not sure if I'm ready to start partying again or not, although I know I have alcohol in my future for the evening.
