I get a whole week to do whatever I want. I have to take my mother to her boyfriends house when she gets home from work, and they're going to Virginia Beach for a week. It doesn't change my life much, but it does mean that I'm not stuck coming and going whenever someone else takes the notion.
On the downside however, not everything is quite as peachy. I have an appointment with my lawyer in a couple of weeks to discuss a Permanent Partial Disability settlement. The up side to that is that I should start getting some money coming in. At the same time though, my foot and ankle are getting worse. It has felt like a sponge when I walk, and now my foot is trying to change colors. I'm hoping that it all turns out well, but I fear the worst.
