It really sucks when you go to Starbucks and you have to wait longer for a poorly made drink because the barista is too busy texting while working.
There are still periodic issues on here that are becoming more frustrating not to mention all the additional navigating you have to do now as opposed to the old site. It's just time consuming and frustrating especially when you get those pesky application errors. I understand wanting to keep up with technology and wanting a site that is more compatible with mobile devices(even though it doesn't work on my droid) but did you really have to change 1 click navigation to 4 click navigation? I don't care who's trending or who has the most followers. At the very least we should be able to set our own defaults so when we got to the members page it defaults to the sort we want it to.
The sad thing is that the only 2 sites that I feel fully comfortable about posting about anything is here and BME and BME has been all but dead for the past year or so and their new site is still buggy from time to time. There are only a couple of people I communicate with on here(my own fault I guess, I just never tried to be too active until the past few months) but I don't know what I'm going to do if both sites go belly up(for me, I know they will still be here)because they both just become too frustrating to be worth it and member activity plummets. I just don't know where else I would feel comfortable enough to just post about anything of find a place with like minded people.
Java is still making me nuts, classes and constructors are really getting to me. I just don't know why I'm just not grasping the basics of it, I do fine in class but when I get home and work on my homework I just don't seem to be getting the connections.
At least this is a 3 day weekend...........
