Just got home from vacation. I told my boss I could keep working if he hadn't hired anyone else, but honestly there's no way I could have made it in today. My stomach is still fucked up and I don't think I could handle standing for six hours. So I called last night and said I got a letter from my school that I have an early move in time and I told him I wouldn't be able to come in.
He said before I left that I could work if I WANTED TO. It's been two and a half weeks. He could have hired someone else.
So he called this morning at 10am and left a voicemail saying they had been counting on me to come in. Well, for one thing, there's no trains after 10am until 1pm, so I wouldnt be able to get there.
For another, he gets there at like 6am. Why didn't he call me before 9am? Then I could have gone in.
I feel bad but seriously, he needs to be more organized.

from what it sounds like, he needs to get his shit together. i understand that u feel bad (i prlly would too), but he seems to not really know how to do his own job.
