Anyone have tips to get rid of anxiety? I've been really anxious lately and it sucks.
I've woken up shaking, feeling like I have to vomit, and my stomach has been upset. I've dry heaved for the past few days and barely been hungry. And when I am, I don't want to/can't eat a lot because I end up feeling sick.
I ended up looking it up on WebMD and basically it's an acute stress reaction. It sucks because I'm a super anxious person.
So, any tips would be most welcome.

and yea, too many good concerts, need to find the time and money for them all.
with anxiety i keep my self busy with other things.
