For a quick thought. I have this new job and its sales based which I have zero issues with. This program is heavily book driven so I have to read a lot and thats not my strong suit as it is. The guys im supposed to learn from are really confusing me and asking me questions in formatted ways not mentioned in the readings and making the examples far more difficult than they should be for a rookie so my ability to decipher and respond is lacking and its tearing my confidence to pieces at the moment. Ugh....I just need space and let me role play it out as it is in the damn book to get the basic steps then we can advance it with real world issues.
They have to transfer conversation from station to station with subtle "please walk with me to here as you point" the guest is supposed to follow but these guys are just stopping and sayimg "No, I dont want to" throwingy thoughts all out of whack and expecting me to respond as theu would. Its practice fuckers stop being dicks
