I have met some new people on this site in the last 3 weeks and I have found a few of them who speak to having challenges in life and struggles in which we all do from time to time as there is no need to name them at this time. As a friend and supporter of people we are just required to be there for them. I would ask those friends for 6 minutes out of their day to watch the video below I promise it to be worth it if never seen. The analogy is still strong. We can always give more if we just dont give up on ourselves.
