i just realized how often i use this face:


it's not a strange face to use often, however, it's strange because i HATE when people wink. it's the creepiest thing ever.

winking is like saying 'you can trust me,' as in 'we're being held up and i have a plan to get us out of here! trust me, i'm james bond!'

but people don't use it like that. at least, i've never been in a situation where the trust-me-wink was appropriate. instead, winking is used by people in flirtatious situations. And if, in said situation, one must deliver the 'trust me' message, they are obviously not to be trusted.

every time someone winks at you, replace it with 'trust me' and you, too, will be creeped out to the extreme.
it makes me shiver. grosssss.
