BAH i just typed a whole effin entry then went to add some pics, and clicked back instead. don't ask how the hell that happened.
so anyway, since i'm doing nothing, i can retype.
momma's gone for the week. soooo sad. she's the only person i hang out with so it's gonna be lame. i have a car to use now, but what's the point when there's no where to go...? lucky carmen gets to hang out with her in NYC. if only i could be up there, it would be a sweet familia reunion. Maybe some random holiday can be held in new orleans with everyone? or i'll get up to nyc some time soon... whatev.

Even Cowgirls Get the Blues is proving to be just as good as Tom Robbins' first novel, Another Roadside Attraction. gotta love the guy. it's going slow, because i don't HAVE to read it, so i'm just enjoying the writing. I got Lord Vishnu's Love Handles: A Spy Novel (sort of) by Will Clarke out of the library. got till the 11th to read that, so i'm excited.

altered some pants that were originally carmen's a long time ago, and were mine for a while, then they didn't fit and were put in the bag-of-good-fabric old clothes.
what can i say, i'm a sucker for making things tacky.

the boy is gonna visit! on the way down to new orleans from Denver, he's gonna come through here. probably around the 16th, just for a little less than a week. cause we're both super bored with home. also, he can take some of my larger crap (i.e. 80s prom dress :love
down for me, or just some heavy shit so my luggage doesnt suck as bad. that should be exciting! i wish i coulda gone up to colorado to see him at some point but, alas, no moooney.
my plans for today? who knows. i got some more bleach powder so i can touch up my hair. hmm... maybe more reading? who knows.
