The party was a big success last night. The outfit I managed to put together ended up cooler than I thought it would. If The Lord of The Rings had been made into a rock opera in the 70's, my outfit would have been what Saruman the white would have worn in it... Hopefully there'll be a picture of it somewheres. Slightly smaller attendance than our Halloween party, but I knew and liked every single person that was there, and that was pretty fucking cool. Lots of good people, good music, good drink, and righteous decor.

Two Towers was rad as well. Gotta go see it again, and may hit up Gangs of New York tonight. I love good movies.

Still looking for a place to hang my hat next month, still a little tired and dazed from the party, and looking forward to Christmas with the family. Sounds like the PDX gift exchange went well, and I'm sorry I missed it. I'm hoping that maybe a New Years shindig will coalesce from the ether...
