Ah, I think I've made my way through the post-Thanksgiving torpor and am largely back to normal. The holiday weekend has been a damn fine break for me. Came back to Corvallis to hang with the family and friends I haven't seen in months, and it was a much-needed respite. I hadn't realized how wound up, stressed out, and neurotic I was becoming as a result of the last couple months of work. Perspective is a veeeery important thing!

Now I'm looking forward to coming back to PDX, rested, happy and well, sorting out some emotional entanglements I've been avoiding, and getting back to being a positive, productive person. I'm hoping to get some more work in December, but I might be out of luck, so hopefully I can find another shoot to get involved with in January. It seems like almost every one on this site is either homeless, or looking for a job, or both. Myself most certainly included. Funny how that works.

I guess there's some SG function in town tonight, but I think I may just stay here in Corval and visit with my homies for one more evening. We shall see...
