Had a long talk with the girl in Japan this morning. It was really nice. What a ponderous situation. Constantly learning from it and improving myself though, and that can't be a bad thing. I'm hoping that with all the work I've been getting I'll be able to head to Nippon for a couple of weeks sometime this winter to visit and travel. It's been so long since I've been out of the US of A.

Travelling is the shit. I wonder why I only really want to travel to Asia? I guess I dig on Eastern philosophy and culture. Pity it cost so much to fly around. Anyone ever have any success with the enigmatic "courier" flights I've always heard about?

Gotta clean house and do some packing this weekend, then back up to PDX Sunday night. I should be more thankful that I've got a job.
