OK in a better mood today. I still have a promlem with my roomate. She's not been paying full rent becuase of school. I told her take $100 off a month while your in school then add $100 a month when you get out. I also spread out what she owes for the phone bill over 6 months. Reasonable right? Now she's going on vacation with her GF. Am I wrong for being upset by this?

I think you are in the right here, if she is too broke to pay her full share, then going on vacation is definitely not a really big priority... you sound like a decent guy, but don't confuse decency with being someone's doormat.
