I went to the doctor today about my knee. I'm going to Chicago this weekend and don't want to do any permanent damage walking around all weekend right? All is well. I aggravated the back of my knee cap causing excess fluid and soreness. A few days of rest, ibuprofen, heat, and elevation should fix me up. I will use this as an excuse to do absolutely nothing and be pampered on by my wonderful husband, Solo.
