I read in an old issue of InStyle Magazine (hey, it was the only thing available) that the Oxford English Dictionary is planning on adding 10 new words. Here is the only one worth mentioning.

Googleslap - to respond to an email question with a link you found in Google instead of answering it yourself; the implication is that the questioner should have looked it up their own damn self.

I'm a huge Google advocate and believe wholeheartedly that 99% of daily (and even a lot of complicated) questions can be answered by a Google search. Give it a try sometime.
