Right now Im sitting on my new deck, looking over the city of Pittsburgh. What a great feeling. I love this city so much. It's wierd how some things like that can grab you. The deck alone is worth all of the sweat to get in this place and the torqued knee I'm still dealing with a week later.

LOL...I KNOW! But it's true...I used to play Bunko with some lady friends of mine...now true..I stood out like a sore thumb..but for the most part they accepted me into the fold! lol THEN, I got super drunk at one of the things and got a chain on my pants hung on my chair and fell on my face....not to mention I was being REALLY loud AND had brought an obnoxious friend with me...I have not been invited back! lol
Then I was invited over to a b-b-que one time...same host as bunko by the way...and there were two other swinging couples there...and I got drunk and decided to show everyone my "born again" set....and THEN proceeded to tell everyone about a recent trip to Florida and how I was beaten whle being tied up with chains and well...one of the couples left like 2 seconds later....so seeeeeeeeee...I'm scary to some folks! lol We haven't been invited back over to their house either by the way....sigh...lol...but on E..everybody loves me! LOL...it also helps if I don't have access to a computer or recent bondage experiences! LOL

Yes, I agree...Arete's set was AMAZING! I commented on her set that it was one of the best I think I had ever seen. Very artsy and creative...I loved it!
OH MAN! That furniture is beautiful! I Love Ebay! You can get all sorts of cool ass stuff on there for hardly anything at all! We just sold two laptops on ebay the other day though and made a goodly amount of money too..YAY for Ebay!
I was watching HGTv last night and I am all in the mood to do some cool stuff to furniture. It was the Design on a Dime show. I think that's my favorite HGTv show. It's just amazing what they can do with $1,000! I'm really wanting to transform our garage into a 4th bedroom...and I was going to move our oldest out there. She has our old furniture so she really needs more space...and I was thinking about stripping and re-finishing it. Right now it's cherrywood...I was thinking about staining it a darker color...like an almost, but not quite black mohogany or something like that..change out the handles and knobs with something cool...then I wanted to do something different to the tops with either something like glitter or something she collects and pouring resin on top of it, or fitting glass to the tops and sliding pictures and things like that underneath it...it would be coolio...I'd also like to get a cheap table for our outside patio and do the resin thing...maybe with some tiles underneath or something like that...anyway...I'm in a creative mood...I've been sewing a lot here lately too...and I have my own little work space! It's so neato!

yeah i'm notorious for taking a long hot bath. when rowan takes her nap i get to relax. its all ok though, just stressful right now, everyone has these time in their life and it definatly makes me feel better that everyone goes through it and come out alive.
