spending the evening hiding behind a christmas tree that is hiding behind a cardboard cutout of elvis. his message says that im nice but crazy, versus the usual, 'youre a bitch and i love it'. i am nice. to him, of course. the last thing i remember is her shoving me into the wall and smashing a martini glass into the floor. god bless us all, the bastard.

You're right, Portland is boring. Tonight I went out to the 1201 and did the same thing and saw the same people. My usual sunday options are dante's, Hive at the Crystal, or the 1201 on sundays. It all gets really monotonous. I need to go see more local bands play.
