oooh... I am so excited for Halloween. Two big parties to go to on Saturday - one at a friend's house (with a poker game) and another at the bowling alley. I'm usually not that excited for the holiday but this year seems different. I'm going as a druid princess... just bought the last piece of my costume today (totally sexy brown leather knee high boots). Will have to dye the cloak and finish my flower wreath but then it's all done. I plan on posting pics later so I can show the ensemble off. It should be cool (it looks good in my imagination anyway!)
My two year anniversary with my boyfriend is coming up on Tuesday... we met at a Halloween party actually. Feels like the time has gone by so quickly. I guess happiness can do that to you. Nothing too special planned to celebrate as far as I know - a nice dinner I think. I'm a girl so I like the romance. But I suppose two years of happiness with more to come is more important than one over-hyped day of dutiful/expected/predictable romance. The little moments are more special than meeting some obligatation to perform because of the day it is. I know... I'm rambling. But still... romance is nice too.
Off to bed... thank goodness it's almost the weekend!!
